pick-up
When you pick up a sex machine from the Sexology Institute, you'll watch us clean it, we'll show you how to use it, and we'll answer any questions you have. The sex machine will be in a plain roller-wheeled suitcase so that you can transport it easily and inconspicuously. It is easily managed by one person. Pick up is after 3 pm, and it is to be returned before 1 pm on the return date.

Deposit
A deposit of 50% of the rental fee will hold your date. This deposit is non-refundable. At the time of rental, a $200 security deposit will be charged to your credit card and refunded to you upon return. See rental agreement.

cleaning
We professionally clean the machine after return and once again at the time of pick-up while you watch. The machines are coated in an antifungal, liquid-proof industrial-grade vinyl that ensures a sanitary surface. We thoroughly clean the entire unit using hospital-grade cleaners and processes, then we rinse it to bring it to institute standards and ensure that it is skin safe.
