Rachael Lindberg, M.S. is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Sex Coach. She has earned a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Angelo State University. Working in the mental health field inspired Rachael to train as a sex coach to address all aspects of the human experience more effectively within therapy. She enjoys working with individuals and couples for whom effective communication, building emotional and sexual intimacy, repairing trust, and reproductive decisions are concerns within the relationship. She aims to meet clients with empathy and gratitude for sharing their vulnerability. She encourages the healthy development of effective problem-solving, shame-resilience, empowerment, and overall improved well-being as it relates to both mental health and sexual health. She is excited to be a part of SXI’s faculty team as an instructor to educate sex coach students from a comprehensive mental health perspective.
