program Description
Our multimodal program provides students with a comprehensive sexuality-based education resulting in the attainment of proficiency and certification in sex coaching. Learning is achieved through reading assignments, audio-visual reviews, field trips, tests, self-assessments, clinical experiences, and other tasks as assigned by the instructors.
Texts
Students are required to obtain the textbooks associated with each course. They can be purchased or rented from any source in any format. The list of required books is updated periodically and provided in the Welcome course prior to paying tuition.

Course topics
As of March 2025, the program is divided into courses on the topics listed below. Courses do not have to be completed in order, though some require completion of prerequisite courses.

3.2 Clinical Experiences - Conduct supervised sessions with mock and real clients.

4.2 Male Sexual Health - Understand sexuality through a male lens.

4.2 Girl Boner - Understand sexuality through a female lens.

4.2 LGBTQIA+ - Understand sexual considerations unique to LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities.

4.2 Erotica - Explore and try your own hand at creative erotic expression.

4.2 Kink - Learn about bondage, impact play, BDSM, and other kinky topics.

4.2 Ethical Non-Monogamy - Learn about non-monogamy and working with non-monogamous clients.

4.2 Sexology - Learn about the history and ever-growing field of modern sexological study.

​4.2 Touch - Learn important sensual and somatic techniques for embodied connection.

4.2 Business of Sex Coaching - Learn how to build, market, and grow a successful and ethical coaching practice.

4.2 Final Presentation - Present on a topic in your chosen specialty.

dates
Students can be admitted and start the program at any time and go at their own pace through the program. Students are expected to complete the program in 6-18 months. If a student desires to take longer than 18 months, tuition extension is offered at a monthly fee. All students must complete all assignments regardless of the pace.

Goals
Students who complete this program will be able to:

Understand human sexual anatomy and physiology.

Develop a deeper awareness of the student’s own attitudes toward their sexuality.

Maintain ongoing self-education of sexual themes.

Guide individuals and couples in attaining their sexual goals.

Teach a variety of sexual topics.

Design a professional sex coaching practice.

Grading
Students should expect to be challenged and have their limits pushed. Assignments are graded either as complete, or incomplete. Instructors will indicate if an assignment is incomplete.

​
​
classroom
-
Students and instructors meet/teleconference as a group at least once a month to discuss an educational topic in a group setting.
-
Students also have video check-ins with an advisor on a regular basis.
-
Students are given free admission to the institute's educational lectures while in the program.
-
Students are required to attend a number of educational events online (either live or pre-recorded). For each event/discussion attended, a written assignment is to be submitted.​
Field trips & Travel

A number of field trips are required which can be completed in most major metropolitan areas worldwide.
-
The program can be completed with minimal travel depending on a student's location and proximity to sex-positive venues; alternative assignments are occasionally provided in rare/extreme circumstances where travel is restricted.

​
Internship
Upon the successful completion of a portion of course work, the student will attain the status of intern and be permitted to participate in clinical case work, including working with mock clients and real clients.

​
Final Presentation
After the topic is approved by the instructors, the student will create a unique presentation and deliver it via the institute's webcast service.

​
Certification
To complete the course and attain certification as a sex coach, the student must achieve the following:

Complete all assignments.

Complete all field trips.
-
Attend course lectures as explained in the program.
-
Demonstrate proficiency in conducting coaching sessions.

Define an area of focus within the field.
-
Deliver an acceptable final presentation.
